Dublin

Dublin is the largest city in Ireland and is also the capital.

Dublin is built around the River Liffey and covers an area of 922 km. Dublin contains over a million occupants. It’s a charming, crazy & colourful town. There are so many things to do in Dublin, which range from the National Museum, Dublin City Gallery, wonderful theatres, Trinity College, Dublin Castle, Projects Art Centre and a wide range of pubs with amazing traditional music, which is great to settle down to for the evening.

You will also find lively nightclubs, amazing restaurants & a fantastic choice of places to shop. Dublin is also the home of Croke Park which is the heart of Irish sporting life and the headquarters of the GAA (Gaelic Athletic Association). Dublin also has Ireland’s number one international visitor attraction, which is the famous Guinness Storehouse. The original Jameson Whiskey Distillery is also in Dublin and very popular with tourists from all over the globe as well.
You will find many things to do and see in the capital. Whether you come for business, the city’s heritage, the shopping, the amazing restaurants or the famous nightlife, you will find yourself just spoilt for choice. Dublin is full of attractions for all the family, which I will go more in depth about later in my blog.
